My son was in a severe car crash caused by another driver. There were significant injuries and we knew this was going to a long, difficult situation to get through. From the first call it was clear that John has been doing this a long time and his knowledge of the law and experience dealing with insurance companies—the entire process—was very comforting. He didn't look to a quick resolution, he was patient through my son's recovery process to make a full assessment of any long-term issues resulting from the crash.
