Trish Trammell
Trish is the Paralegal and Office Manager with Kluksdal Law. She has worked in law for over 17 years working in both Plaintiff and Defense firms, but her heart has always been with Plaintiff’s firm specializing in personal injury. Trish is a long-standing member of the Idaho Association of Paralegals and is an Advanced Level Certified Workers Compensation Specialist with the State of Idaho. She is devoted to assisting clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives and easing the stress associated with the legal process. When not working, Trish enjoys spending time with her husband, grown children, granddaughter, and furbabies. She is an avid gardener and member of her church’s hospitality group, making cookies for guests, and has been in a cookbook club for over 10 years. She enjoys traveling and making memories with her family and friends..

John W. Kluksdal
Mr. Kluksdal has represented Plaintiffs in personal injury actions since 2001. He is AV rated by his peers in Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Kluksdal was named a “Rising Star” by Mountain States Superlawyers from 2008-2012, and since has been identified as a “Superlawyer.” Mr. Kluksdal has served on the College of Idaho’s National Alumni Board, and on the Board of Directors for the Idaho Rush Soccer Club. He was recently chosen by the National Trial Lawyers to the Top 100 lawyers representing Plaintiffs. Mr. Kluksdal graduated magna cum laude from the University of Idaho, College of Law in 1997. During law school, he worked in the University’s Legal Aid Clinic, was a tutor for first-year law students, was a member of the Board of Student Advocates, and was President of Delta Theta Phi. Mr. Kluksdal received his undergraduate degree in History from the College of Idaho, cum laude with a minor in Sociology/Anthropology. He received his State of Idaho Secondary Teaching Certificate and was Captain of the Baseball team. Mr. Kluksdal is happily married to another attorney, Paula Kluksdal. They have three children that keep them busy with countless soccer trips and fun.

Britney Richardson
Brittney Richardson is a Legal Receptionist with a strong background in the legal field, including prior experience as a bankruptcy paralegal and legal assistant. After spending 14 years as a stay-at-home mom, Brittney brings a unique blend of organization, professionalism, and client-focused communication to her role. She is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to create a welcoming and efficient front office environment. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking advantage of all that Idaho has to offer, including camping, hiking, and sightseeing. She has a deep love for traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and experiences, and is always excited by opportunities to see more of the world and create lasting memories along the way.
