Trish is the Paralegal and Office Manager with Kluksdal Law. She has worked in law for over 17 years working in both Plaintiff and Defense firms, but her heart has always been with Plaintiff’s firm specializing in personal injury. Trish is a long-standing member of the Idaho Association of Paralegals and is an Advanced Level Certified Workers Compensation Specialist with the State of Idaho. She is devoted to assisting clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives and easing the stress associated with the legal process. When not working, Trish enjoys spending time with her husband, grown children, granddaughter, and furbabies. She is an avid gardener and member of her church’s hospitality group, making cookies for guests, and has been in a cookbook club for over 10 years. She enjoys traveling and making memories with her family and friends..
Mr. Kluksdal has represented Plaintiffs in personal injury actions since 2001. He is AV rated by his peers in Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Kluksdal was named a “Rising Star” by Mountain States Superlawyers from 2008-2012, and since has been identified as a “Superlawyer.” Mr. Kluksdal has served on the College of Idaho’s National Alumni Board, and on the Board of Directors for the Idaho Rush Soccer Club. He was recently chosen by the National Trial Lawyers to the Top 100 lawyers representing Plaintiffs. Mr. Kluksdal graduated magna cum laude from the University of Idaho, College of Law in 1997. During law school, he worked in the University’s Legal Aid Clinic, was a tutor for first-year law students, was a member of the Board of Student Advocates, and was President of Delta Theta Phi. Mr. Kluksdal received his undergraduate degree in History from the College of Idaho, cum laude with a minor in Sociology/Anthropology. He received his State of Idaho Secondary Teaching Certificate and was Captain of the Baseball team. Mr. Kluksdal is happily married to another attorney, Paula Kluksdal. They have three children that keep them busy with countless soccer trips and fun.
Tailor has been a receptionist for four years and is the face and voice of Kluksdal Law. Tailor graduated from high school in 2017, and moved to Pensacola, Florida shortly after graduating. She lived in Pensacola for 7 months when her life decided to take her to Virginia, where her love of the law started. Tailor worked at a Law Firm based in Newport News, Virginia where she learned Family law, Personal Injury, Criminal, Workers’ Comp and Estate Planning. Tailor is now enrolled at Idaho State University intending to achieve her bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies. After Tailor receives her degree, she plans to take the LSAT and enroll at the University of Idaho Law School.
